"Mrs. Ruth A. Trout, 79, 3225 Woodbine road, died Thursday afternoon at a local hospital.
Born in Andew County, Mrs. Trout had lived most of her life in this area. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Savannah, Mo.
Survivors include one son, Dale Trout of the home; one sister, Mrs. Rosa Graves of St Joseph; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 1 Saturday afternoon at the Savannah Cemetery. The Rev. Charles Hagee will officiate. Services are under the direction of the Heaton-Bowman East Chapel." St Joseph Gazette, May 30, 1975
