Robert London Blond "Pop", age 86, of Heflin, Alabama, passed away on February 28, 2023. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on May 16, 1936, son of the late Albert London Blond and the late Thelma Drummond Blond. He retired from GA Power with over 35 years of service.
He is survived by his wife Delores Ann Mashburn Blond; son: Robert London Blond, Jr. and wife Linda; 5-grandchildren; 2-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Wayne Alan Blond.
The family will receive friends at Hightower's Memorial Chapel on Friday, March 3, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
The funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. with Bobby Johnson officiating.
Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Garden.
