Lucille G. Coffman, 59, of Truesdale, Iowa, former Sioux City resident, died Monday in a Sioux City hospital after a long illness. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the W. Harry Christy Funeral Home in Morningside. The Rev. E. D. Pappadackis of the Third Presbyterian Church will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Coffman, the former Lucille Jenkins, was born July 8, 1923, in Thayer, Mo. where she graduated from high school. She moved to Sioux City in 1964. She married Leslie R. Coffman in 1964 in South Sioux City. They moved to Truesdale in 1977 where she served as city clerk. Mrs. Coffman was a Catholic. Survivors include her husband; one son, Floyd Barrickman of Truesdale; one daughter, Sharon Burke of North Sioux City; two sisters, Mrs. Leonard (Betty) Cantrel and Mrs. Herbert (Willa) Williams, both of Thayer and seven grandchildren.
