Rudolph C. Albera of Boynton Beach, FL, died Tuesday (February 5, 2002). He was the son of the late Emilio and Teresa (Carra) Albera of South Glastonbury. "Rudy" graduated from Glastonbury High School and attended St. John's College in Annapolis, MD. He was a special agent of Counter Intelligence during World War II, then later worked at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in East Hartford, and for the Shelby Mutual Insurance Co. from which he retired. He is survived by his wife, Catherine Albera of Boynton Beach, FL; his brother, John Albera of Wethersfield; and two nephews, Martin Albera of Wethersfield and Peter Albera of Kansas City, MO. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday, February 9, at St. Mark's R.C. Church in Boynton Beach, FL.
