Jasper MO-Ethel M. Tiller 87, 215 N. Main St. died at 6:20 a.m. Thursday Dec 10, 1998 at a nursing home in Carthage after a long illness. Miss Tiller was born July 8 1911 in Jasper County and was a life time area resident. She was a homeaker and a member of Jasper United Methodist Church. Surviviors include:Lucille Winder of Webb City. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Hackney Cemetery southeast of Jasper with the Rev. Bob Simon officiating. Pallbearers will be: Terry Winder, Jim Hawkins, Chad Hawkins, Pete Tiller, Wally Robinson, Gene McNary. Visitation will be from 6:00-7:00 p.m. today at Weng Funeral Home Jasper. Contributions may be made to Maple Wood Residential Care in care of the Funeral Chapel.
