Hazel E. Robertson, 89, Salina, died Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2004. Mrs. Robertson was born Hazel E. Upham on Dec. 13, 1914, in Chapman. She was self-employed with her husband in their plumbing business for 60 years. She was also a homemaker. She was a member of The Salina Twirlers for 47 years. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mabel Prater. Survivors include her husband, L. Carrol, of the home; two sons, Leslie G. Robertson and wife Veronica of Mountain Home, Id., Larry L. Robertson and wife Gloria of Manhattan; a daughter, Loretta M. Robertson of Lexington Park, Md.; a sister, Frances Pendrey and husband Pete of Caldwell, Id.; 16 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 E. Crawford, Salina 67401, with the Rev. James Graves officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Church of the Cross and The Salina Twirlers. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel.
