Funeral services for Harold Boze Allen of Rt. 1, Pattonville, were to be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Leverett and Steele Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Raymond Armstrong was to officiate with burial at Highland Cemetery at Deport.
Mr. Allen was born June 28, in Cunningham, a son of John Allen and Martha Boze. He married Ruby Keener on Jan. 27, 1946, in Deport. He lived most of his life in Lamar County, and worked in Dallas where he had Allen's Electric Motor Service. He was a member of the Christian church.
Survivors include his wife; one son, Ronnie Boze Allen of Mesquite; two daughters, Mrs. Philip (Deborah) MItchell of Pattonville and Miss Robin Allen of Pattonville; two brothers, Fred Allen of Cunningham and Kenneth Allen Rugby; five sisters, Mrs. Irene Davis of Princeton, La., Mrs. Lucy Fowler of Cunningham, Mrs. Margie Roach and Mrs. Johnnie Warren, both of Deport, and Mrs. Clara Howell of Hurst; and five grandchildren.
Mr. Allen died Saturday at McCuistion Regional Medical Center.
