E. 200th Pennsylvania Infantry, promoted to corporal August 29, and honorably discharged with his company May 30, 1865. His last name is spelled "Stall" on the roster and in his pension index.
He married Holly Jane Martin April 9, 1866, in Brighton, Macoupin, Illinois.

(Chambers) Burden, December 31, 1873 [sic], in Macoupin Co., IL. He later lived in Saint Charles Co., Missouri, and Freeport, Kansas, where he died of stomach cancer.
