He was born on June 26, 1945, to Edmund J. and Anna J. (Nauman) Grebner. He married Marceline Goodin on December 12, 1970, in Peoria. She preceded him in death on May 31, 2018. Surviving are his children, Lola (Rod) McKinley, Ralph Grebner II and Jacob Grebner; sister, Rosemary (Larry) Christ; and brothers, James (Karen) Grebner and William (Mary Jo) Grebner. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Lucille Grebner, Helen Best and Barbara Abel; and brothers, Martin and Harlan Grebner.
Ralph was a USAF Veteran, serving during the Vietnam Conflict, and member of American Legion Post 89. He retired from Caterpillar Tractor Company in 2009 with 45 years of service as an Electrician. He was a Chicago Bears fan and loved all kinds of football. He was a quilter who made and sold many lawn chairs. He enjoyed gardening.
Burial will be at Fondulac Cemetery, with military honors.
