Michelle L. Martin, age 50, of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2015 at 7:10 a.m. in Pinckneyville Community Hospital Emergency Room, Pinckneyville, IL.

Michelle was born on November 19, 1964 in Pekin, IL, a daughter to Francis "Frank" and Shirley P. (Giacomo) Martin. Michelle enjoyed watching wrestling, volunteering at the Deer Run Counseling Center and loved spending time with and caring for her grandchildren

Survivors include her fiancé, Norman R. "Rocky" Clopton of Pinckneyville, IL; two daughters, Valerie Lynn Whaley of Coulterville, IL and Hannah Hamilton of Pinckneyville, IL; one son, Will Clopton of Sesser, IL; three grandchildren, Aleena Hamilton, Hayden Whaley, Gauge Holland and one on the way, January 31, 2016; numerous aunts; uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Carl Dane and two sisters, Rhonda Kay Martin and Debra Rene Martin.

A memorial service will be held at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Friday, July 17, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. with Brother Kirk Steele officiating.

Friends may call at Pyatt Funeral Home Pinckneyville, IL on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
