Sandra Kay Bell Frazier, 55, of Parkersburg passed away August 16, 2009 at her residence under the loving care of her family and Housecalls Hospice. She was born July 2, 1954 a daughter of the late Ralph Jr. and Zadah Haught Nutter.

Sandra is survived by her daughter Michelle Eddy and husband Dave, son John Bell, grandson Devan Wilson, granddaughters Jasmine Bell, Kali Bell, sister Donna Hatcher and two brothers Karl Nulter and Robert "Bob" Nulter, all of Parkersburg.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Roger Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 - 3 on Tuesday prior to the service. Sandra's children wish to express special thanks to Karl and Karan Nulter and Housecalls Hospice for all the assistance in caring for their mother. Following Sandra's wishes her body was donated to the Human Gift Registry at WVU.
