She is survived by three sons, Charles William "Bill" (Judy) Thomas, John Robert (Sandy) Thomas and Timothy Lee Thomas; one daughter, Constance Ann (Walter) Halle; 11 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Edward and Erma Opal (Eshelman) Hopkins; husband, Charles Wallace Thomas in 1986; five brothers, Donald Hopkins, Harry Hopkins, Ray Hopkins, John Hopkins and Chester Hopkins; three sisters, Irene Richardson, Iris Jones and Mary Swartz.
