To this union were born nine daughters; Freda (John Miller) of Holmesville, Ohio, Mary Ellen (Paul Gingerich), Linda (Paul Yoder), Laura (Joseph Kauffman), Luella (Luke Gascho) all of Mio, Barbara (Andrew Kauffman), Ada Marie (Albert Miller), Arie (Jesse Keim) all of Ossineke, 63 grandchildren and 137 great grandchildren. Preceding him in death were a daughter, Rosanna Miller, his parents, four sisters, three brothers, four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
