Doreen M. Burdge, 70, of Canton, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023 at Chapel Hill Community in Canal Fulton.
She was born in Massillon on April 27, 1952 to John A. and Dolores I. (Arney) Burdge and retired in 1999 from Nickles Bakery in Navarre.
She collected anything with butterflies. She was an avid gardener and bowler. She loved camping and country music.
She is survived by her mother, Dolores Burdge of Brewster; a daughter, Amber (Key) Bryant of Canton; grandsons, Jahyedin and Ezekiel-Jordan; a sister, Dorothy (Dick) Holland of Brewster; and a brother, Ed (Pam) Burdge of Navarre.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Burdge; a daughter, Allison; and a sister, Jacquie Witting.
Following her wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Spidell Funeral Home in Brewster. Friends may call one hour prior to services.
