John "Mike" Bennett Sr.
Age 65, most recently residing in Hillsboro, Missouri, passed away on February 9, 2023 at his residence in Hillsboro, Missouri. Born July 10, 1957 in Saint Louis, MO to his late parents Hamil "Bud" M. Bennett and Eula "Audrey" (nee Montgomery) Bennett. On March 13, 1977 he married his sweetheart Donna Marie (nee Wideman) Bennett in their Saint Louis City apartment. John worked as a HVAC Technician for Jefferson College, Hillsboro, Missouri. He greatly enjoyed Harley riding with Donna in their younger years but as they grew "more seasoned", they enjoyed Jeep riding. He liked going to the Drive-In movie theater and although Donna enjoyed bowling, Mike didn't care for it but would go with her on occasion. One of the best trips they took together was to Myrtle Beach, SC where they made many great memories.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by:
Terry Wayne Wideman (Son), John Micheal Bennett Jr. (Son), Buddy Jo Bennett (Son), Grace Bennett (Sister), 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, Crystal (Steve) Feiler (Niece), 3 great nieces, and a fur baby named Taco.
In addition to his parents Bud and Audrey he is preceded in death by his favorite fur baby Dolly.
