Cliff Walker, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on February 6th, 2023 in Clifton, Texas. A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 13, 2023 at the Silverton Cemetery with Jimmy Burson officiating. Arrangements are under the personal care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Silverton.

He will always be remembered as a loving father, husband, grandfather, friend and colleague to all that knew and loved him. He was born on November 20th, 1947 in Tulia, Texas to parents, Roy Mack and Lois Arnold Walker.

Cliff attended school in Silverton and graduated in 1965. After high school, he went on to attend Hardin Simmons where he obtained a Bachelors' degree in Geology in 1971. After that, he attended Baylor University where he graduated with his Masters' Degree in Geology in 1973.

Cliff worked as a Petroleum Geologist in the oil industry with his friends and colleagues at BMNW. He had many hobbies and interests, some of which included woodworking, art, collecting arrowheads and minerals, bird watching and spending his time with loved ones.

He was a member of the Dallas Geological Society and SIPES.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Mack and Lois Arnold Walker; sister, Cindy Walker; and late wife, Sandy Quittman Walker.

Those left to cherish Cliff's memory are his wife, Elizabeth Walker of Dallas, Texas; two sons, Bill Walker of Dallas, Texas, and Dan Walker and wife Karah of Port Lavaca, Texas; two daughters, Celina Santos of Dallas, Texas and Alison Santos of Dallas, Texas; three grandchildren, Madison Walker, Phinn Bell and Kenedy Walker; and one brother, Jimmy Roy and wife Karen Walker of Amarillo, Texas; niece, Sunny Walker Irlbeck, her husband Kyle and their children, Luke and Emma; his nephew, John Mac Edwards, his wife Kristen and their children Gideon and Olive; niece, Jaime Walker Kidd, her husband Cody and their children, Lyla and Dax.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Scottish Rite Children's Hospital or The Dallas Geological Scholarship Foundation.
