For many years she worked endlessly to secure property or forever homes for her clients, family, and friends and developed countless friendships along the way. She was a strong, independent, dedicated, driven, loving, and giving person as well as great cook. She faced countless challenges and tragedies in her lifetime with such strength, courage, and grace, but she was determined daily to not let any of it strip the joy from her heart or the smile from her face. She would often encourage those around her to face adversities in the same way. Her main goal in life for herself and for all those whom she loved, was simply to be happy and love the life they lived. She always had a special way of bringing people together and connecting people. She loved family gatherings and enjoyed having all her family together in one place. In the last few years of her life, life deservingly granted her the opportunity to reconnect with her true love Sam. She never shied away from sharing their love story or how madly and deeply in love with him she was; their love story was her favorite story to tell. Carol is, was, and will always be remembered as a remarkable woman, admired by and inspiring to all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her presence is and will always be so incredibly missed by so many, yet there is peace and comfort in knowing she will continue to live on in the memories and in the hearts of the ones who so dearly loved her and whom she so dearly loved.
