On Wednesday, February 4, 2004, Georgia Lee Avery (Nee Rudisill), 88, of Columbia, MD, formerly of Richmond and Charles City Co Va. died peacefully at Millennium Nursing Home in Ellicott City, Md. of complications of Alzheimers Disease. She was the beloved wife of the late David L. Avery Sr.; loving mother of Catherine Staton, Shirley Avery and David L. Avery Jr.; devoted sister, aunt and grandmother. Funeral services will be held 1 p-m. Saturday at the Bliley Funeral Homes Central Chapel, 3801 Augusta Avenue. Interment Maury. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to your local SJ.C-A or Humane Society.
