Known to his friends and family as Bud or Uncle Bud, he was born and raised in Gladstone, MN and never left the area where he grew up. Marvin came from a large family, with 9 other siblings. Marvin was the last surviving sibling.
Marvin was extremely proud of his service in the Army and told amazing stories of his time in the Philippines.
Marvin had a smile on his face every day of his life. He was known to help anyone, anytime, in their time of need and refused any compensation, except for some homemade sweets!
To be laid to rest beside his wife Evelyn at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450) on Monday March 13th, 2023 at 1:45pm, Assembly Lane 3.
