Albert Rutherford - Funeral Is Held
Funeral rites to-day were held from the James R. Garlick chapel for Albert B. Rutherford, with cremation at the East Lawn Cemetery.
Rutherford formerly a furniture man in this city, died Tuesday at Napa. He was a native of Illinois, aged 45.
The deceased was the son of T. C. Rutherford of Orangevale, father of Albert Rutherford, Jr., and a brother of Frank S., George T., Walter R., Earl L., and James R. Rutherford.

Notes: He first married Hazel Phoebian Sackett in 1910; they had a son in 1911; Hazel died in 1912. He next married Grace Ethel Cherry in October 1913.
