Elsie Francis Jane Hall was born in Baxter County, Arkansas, the daughter of Henry Williams and Ellen Whitfield. Elsie was married to Hervey Hall. They resided at Westboro, Atchison County, Missouri. Elsie died at the age of 68 on September 19, 1952 at the Warrensburg Medical Center, Warrensburg, Johnson County, Missouri. The cause of death was cerebral vascular hemorrhage which had a duration of 1 day. Contributing was generalized arteriosclerosis, which had a duration of 4 years. Burial was at Center Grove Cemetery, Westboro, Missouri.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. at the Methodist Church in Westboro, Missouri on Monday, Sept. 22, 1952 and were conducted by Rev. Earl Hall. The Pallbearers were Don Davis, Fred Hamby, H. G. Hamby, Phillip Smith, F. M. Bywaters and Guy Swartz. Music was supplied by Mrs. Wynona Smith, Mrs. Mary Hamby, Miss Betty Smith. Mrs. Virgie Hall was the pianist. Flowers by Mrs. Guy Swartz and Mrs. Jose Dunham.
Elsie was visiting daughter in Warrensburg, MO , when she died. Her permanent residence was Westboro, Missouri
