IN LOVING MEMORY OF JOHN BLACKMON
Husband, Father, and Grandfather
04-08-31 to 02-22-08
One year ago, we suffered a tremendous loss. So in remembrance of John Wesley, we take this day to mourn. Therefore, we retreat to the valley of grief to enter into the house of mourning. Today, his widow weeps. And hearts are bleeding because his presence is sorely missed. Nevertheless, he left his mark, a scar on the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him. His love branded us. all. Your wife, Shirley, daughters, Christy, Carita, Shelby, Shelia, and his grandchildren. (Published in The Commercial Appeal on 2/22/2009)
