SOUTH BEND - Costalo Dean Back, 73, of Chipley, FL, has passed away unexpectedly September 6th, 2009. He was a loving man, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Virginia Back; four children, Jill Back, Richard Back, Denise Carothers and Mike Back; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are four siblings, Opal Owens, Evelyn Meyers, Angelo Back, and Roger Back. He will be sadly missed and never be forgotten. Somewhere in heaven he is at peace. Probably sitting back by the river with others that have gone before him and remembering the time they shared together here with us.
