RUTH MAE BRADSHAW HAGER, 83, of 382 Alexis High Shoals Road, died Feb 22, 2008, at Gaston Memorial Hospital in Gastonia.
Ruth's funeral will be:
Monday, February 25, 2008 at Alexis Baptist Church.
Rev. Sandy Marks will be officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at the church.
Mrs. Hager was born March 31, 1924 in Gaston County to the late GORDIE HARRIS and DOCK BENJAMIN BRADSHAW.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Jasper Hager.
She was also preceded in death by three sisters,
Bertha Robinson, Bryte McClure and Pansy Digh.
Mrs. Hager worked at Duke Power as a secretary.
Survivors include her daughter,Elaine Hager Crowell & husband James Hudson Crowell Jr of Blowing Rock, NC.
One son, Barry Michael Hager and wife, Bari Lee Schwartz of Maryland.
One brother, Paul Bradshaw.
Two grandchildren, Michael Wriston Crowell of California
and Eli Benjamin Hager of Michigan and many nieces and nephews.
