Ollan Brantley Sr.
SANDERSVILLE - Services for Ollan Brantley Sr. will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in E.K. May Funeral Home, Tennille, with burial in Washington Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Brantley, 82, died Wednesday, July 9, 1997, at his residence. A lifelong resident of Washington County, he was the son of the late Greene Brantley and Sallie Johnson Brantley. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a retired logger.
Survivors include his children, Annie Mae Taylor and Ollan Brantley Jr., both of Sandersville, and Larry L. Brantley of Hinesville; sister and brother, Doris Allen of Macon and Ernest Brantley of Oconee; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 tonight in the funeral home and may be contacted at 9439 Highway 24 West, Sandersville.
