Mr. Robinson was born on June 8, 1921 in Knifley, Kentucky to Lee and Alma (Robinson) Robinson. He was a paratrooper in the 101st Airborne in WW II, and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. He married Bertha Fawe on March 15, 1946 in Providence, R.I. He owned and operated Robby's Barber Shop until his retirement in 2000. He was a member of St. Columba Church, D.A.V., Ottawa VFW, and the American Legion Post 33.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Gayle Dennett of Oglesby, and Sherry Lynn Pagoria of Cripple Creek, Colorado, seven grandchildren: Erik Rorem, Jennifer Bergeson, Jordan Dennett, Michelle Kmieciak, Mandy, Kaylyn, and Dalton Pagoria, and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Rorem; two sisters, and seven brothers.
