She was born September 7, 1933, in Benton to the late
James and Frances Smith. Mrs. Bullard was a retired LPTN and a member of the Holland Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by two brothers, L. J. Smith, Benton; and Harvey (Hot) Smith, Benton.
