MRS. OSCAR GUSTAFSON
CHESTERTON - Services for Mrs. Oscar (Amanda R.) Gustafson, 81, RFD 3, Chesterton, who died Saturday in Porter Memorial hospital, was Tuesday in the Augsburg Lutheran church.
The Rev. John Chell will officiate with burial in Augsburg Lutheran cemetery. Cole Funeral home is in charge.
Born Dec. 13, 1882, in Marshall county, MN, she was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Charles Bandur. On Mar 18, 1928, in Chicago she was married to Oscar Gustafson, who preceded her in death in 1942.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Ralph Shipman, Chesterton; one step-daughter, Mrs. Arthur B. Snyder, Chicago; and two sisters, Mrs. Florence Hayes and Mrs. Rinda Johnson, both of Chicago.
