On November 18 th, 1976, Robert entered the world like he did living it at times,
like a bull in a china shop. His parents Robert and Carol would welcome him,
along with his twin sister, Ginny, with open arms, big smiles, and hearts full of
joy.

"Bumper" as his family would call him when he was first learning to crawl, would
be a nickname he couldn't seem to shake, even in adulthood. You felt very
privileged if you were able to call him "Bumper" and his reaction would be his
great big smile.

While growing up, Robert, loved playing baseball and football. He would find
himself playing football up until he graduated high school. He also loved to fish
and hunt with his family and spend a large amount of time with his close friends
and cousins.

Once he graduated high school, he found work in the construction field. He
eventually found his way to the Missouri Welding Institute in Nevada, Missouri
where he graduated and received his Pipe and Structural Steel Welding
certification. For the next few years, Robert would travel to different states,
working his trade.

Eventually, Robert found himself back in Missouri where he would meet the
person who would be by his side for the remainder of his life, Janetta Peek.
They both found work with Pacific Acoustics based out of Redlands, California
and under the great leadership of Brad Gaal. While working for them, they were
able to travel the US cleaning and restoring ceilings for large businesses like
Wal-Mart. They were fortunate to have the opportunity to take in the sights and
sounds and make many lasting memories from each place they worked. Their
love for each other was strong and everlasting.

Robert's life wasn't the easiest, mostly because of his own actions, but with the
help of Janetta, his close friends, and family members, he made the best of it.
He didn't back down from a challenge whether it be to have a friend's back or to
defend himself. Unfortunately, towards the end, the final fight he had was with
his own body which he found he could not win.

For those who loved him and at times found it hard to love, remember his smile,
remember his loud laugh, and remember him each time you have a beer.
Cheers Bub!
