Marybeth Hunt, 95, of Kosse, Texas, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008, in the Limestone Medical Center. Funeral services were conducted 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at First United Methodist Church in Kosse with the Rev. John Montgomery and Andy Bratcher officiating.
Marybeth Eda was born in Kosse, Texas, to the late Athy Thomas and Maggie (Sowders) Daly. She was a retired teacher, having taught at Kosse, Calvert, and Bremond Schools. She married Jack Hunt on July 15, 1980 in Corsicana, Texas.
She is preceded in death by a daughter, Judith Elaine Colbert.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Hunt, of Kosse; son, Scotty G. Arnst and wife, Sammi, of Little Rock, Ark.; daughter, Tommy Beth Sjerven and husband, Larry, of Huntsville, Texas; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren; other family members and many friends.
