Iver Iverson was born Feb. 7, 1905, the son of Alert and Olava (Nelson) Iverson, in Fertile Township, Walsh County, Minn. He attended school in Glenwood Township, Walsh County. He married Pearl Monson Feb. 16, 1939, in Grafton. They lived in Nash and Park River, N.D. In 1979, they moved to Grafton, where he worked as a farm laborer. Pearl died Feb. 14, 1996.
