Funeral Service: Sunday, November 17, at 1:30 PM at Lakeshore Baptist Church, Monroe, LA. Graveside Service: Sunday, November 17, at 4:00 PM, at Old Pine Hill Cemetery, Leland, LA.
Gloria "Faye" was born at Pleasant Cottage in New Era, LA on June 8, 1932, to Richard Allen White, Sr and Rose Ella "Rozella" Morace White. She was the second of their seven children. In caring for her younger siblings, she became the loving and supportive mother that blessed the lives of her two children. Her faith in the Lord developed early in her life and she lived for Him daily. Gloria was faithful in all things. For the last seven years she has resided on Bayou DeSiard in the Lakeshore/Swartz area where she became a faithful member of Lakeshore Baptist Church, Monroe, LA.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Heart of Hospice for their loving care during the last few months of her life.
