Amanda spent the last 28 years in the Kansas City area, pastoring a church, Emmanuel Family Outreach Enter, with her husband Reverend Carl D. Minick. She was preceded in death by two children, Charlie Richard and Judy Kay, her parents Elbert and Blanche Swofford, three sisters and three brothers. Amanda is survived by her husband Carl, three sons, Jerry Carl, Terry Alan and Daniel Keith Minick and their wives, nine grandchildren, Alex, Danny, Ashley, Nick, Cody, Miranda, Jessica, Josiah and Grace. Amanda is also survived by three brothers: Billy Gale, Rolla D. and Lonnie Martin Swofford and six sisters: Nola Mae Brock, Laura Faye Allen, Charlotte Arwin Linder, Shirley Ann Leming, Connie Joyce Wilson and Mitzi Jeffery.
