He was a United States Army veteran and retired from the City of New Albany's Pubic Works Department.
Charles was preceded in death by his siblings, Ronnie Weigleb, Sandy Campbell, and Rosemary Newman.
Charles is survived by his siblings, Eddy Weigleb and JoAnn Johnson; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Charles's wish was to be cremated
