Patricia Jeaneane "Jip" Wike Baker, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at the age of 88.
She was born in Alexander County on June 18, 1934, the daughter of the late Jack and Ethel Wike.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Aaron W. Baker; an infant son, Marty; a grandson, Matt Baker; sister, Betty Stephens; and brother, Morgan Wike.
She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir, taught Sunday School, and Vacation Bible School, for over 60 years.
A Celebration of Life service will be held for both Aaron and "Jip" , on Friday, December 30, 2022, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Stony Point, N.C., at 3:00 pm..
The family will receive friends after the service.
