Corbin Ray Rogers, 28, of Martinsville, left this life all too soon on Thursday, December 8, 2022. He was born in Robinson, IL on June 13, 1994, to Justina Annette (Breeding) Tackett and David Rogers.

He enjoyed skateboarding, playing basketball, working on cars, and spending time with his friends. Most importantly, he loved his daughter and being a dad.

He leaves behind his family including his mom and dad, Justina and Bill Tackett of Mooresville; daughter, Emily Irvine Rogers; brothers, Ben Owen of Martinsville, David Rogers Jr. of Camby, Steven Rogers of Camby, and Sean Tackett of Mooresville; sister, Samantha (husband, Cody) McFarland; maternal grandmother, Christina (husband, Harvey) McDougall of Martinsville; the mother of his daughter and his best friend, Taylor Irvine of Eminence; aunts and uncles, Ingrid (husband, Jay) Petticord of Franklin, Ray (wife, Jessica) Allee of Noblesville, Tony "Big T" Rogers of Mooresville, Jeremy Tackett of Martinsville, and Jason Tackett of Martinsville; and nieces and nephews, Gage, Liberty, Layla, and Carter.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, December 16, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the chapel at Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center in Martinsville. A service celebrating his life will begin at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at the funeral home. There will be an hour of visiting prior to the service. At a later date, his earthly remains will be buried in Nebo Memorial Park Cemetery in Martinsville.
