Charles V. SHAW, 83, of Oskaloosa, died Feb. 20 in a Topeka hospital. Born in 1871 near Oskaloosa, he farmed in that vicinity until six years ago when he moved to Oskaloosa.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Messett EWING of Phoenix, Ariz., and two brothers, Frank of Jetmore and Earl of Lawrence.
Funeral services were held Monday at the Hampton Funeral Home in Oskaloosa with burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Perry.
