Funeral services were held here Thursday afternoon from R. R. Rausch Funeral Home for Everett "Red" White, 58, a city lineman who suffered a heart attack Monday afternoon while climbing a pole to shut off power on a transformer.

His body was discovered by co-workers lying across the wires and at first was believed that he had been electrocuted. An autopsy revealed that death was due to a heart attack.

Everett was born on September 1, 1898 in Barron, Wisconsin to parents Pearl and Cora (Harris) White in Barron, Wisconsin. He married Cora Sadie Forsythe on September 1, 1922 at Kerkhoven, Minnesota.

Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. E. B. Swenson and burial was in Wayside Cemetery.

Mr. White was preceded in death by his parents and brother Douglas White of Port Orchard, Washington. He is survived by his wife ; a son, Lloyd of Port Washington; two daughters, Mrs. Harmony Frankenburg of Cameron, and Mrs. Pearl Rost of Sheboygen.
