Clara Lucille Aders Spurgin, age 95, of Morrilton, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. She was born July 9, 1927, in DeSoto, Missouri, the daughter of Charles W. Aders and Nora Dickinson. She was the widow of Marvin Spurgin. Clara was an office worker and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She loved gardening, knitting, and crocheting.
She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Barney of Morrilton; son, Lindell Spurgin of Florida; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 16, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with Bishop Carl Parks officiating. Burial will be at Smyers Cemetery near Aplin, Arkansas. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the church.
