CAMERONFuneral services for Doris Merl Young, 83, of Cameron were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 20 in the Kathryn W. Green Chapel of Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron with Minister O.E. Davidson officiating. Burial followed in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Young died Sunday at his residence. He was a retired aircraft mechanic supervisor for the civil service at Kelly Air Force Base in San Antonio. He was a veteran of World War II where he served in the United States Army.
Survivors include wife Victoria Young, Cameron; sons Herman Young, Richardson, Jarold Young, San Antonio, Ronnie Young, San Antonio; daughter Doris Isennock, Hewitt; brother Jessie Young, Ft. Stockton; sister Joyce Young, Delaware, Arkansas; 10 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
