Interment will follow at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN, 38133 at 3:00 p.m.
Glen Steven Hooker was born on June 17, 1964, to Gerald Randolph Hooker, Sr. and Phyllis Joan Hooker in Memphis, Tennessee. He was well known in the dealership world for his hard work and ethics as parts manager during his working years. Those who knew him would describe him as a kind, sweet-hearted man of Calvary Baptist Church of Horn Lake, MS. Glen enjoyed doing a lot of things, but the thing he was most proud of was being a grandfather and a family man.
Mr. Hooker is survived by his loving Wife of 16 years, Sandy Sue Hooker; Mother, Phyllis Joan Hooker; 2 Children, Glenda Jo Wilkinson and Robert Allen Chamblee; 4 Grandchildren, Brianna Chamblee, Frances Wilkinson, and Dalton and Shelby Farmer; 1 Great-Grandchild, Saylor Jones; 2 Brothers, Randy and Brant Hooker, and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his Father, Gerald Randolph Hooker Sr.; Brother, John Cory Hooker; and 2 Sons, Donald Ray Farmer and Bilbo Benton (Ben) Chamblee III.
