Morganfield - Marty Ray Smith, 36, Formerly of Lafayette, Ind., died at 11:55 a.m. Thursday, June 2, 2005, here.
Survivors include one daughter, Julia Dawn Smith of Lafayette; two sons, Drake James and Jacod Ray Smith, both of Lafayette; one sister, Donna Jean Conger of Lafayette; two brothers, Eddie Smith and Danny Lee Smith, both of Lafayette.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Whitsell Funeral Home in Morganfield. Brother Jerry Chesser will officiate. Burial will be in the Old Bethel Cemetery in Union County.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
