He was born on November 25, 1933, in Chillicothe, IL, to Earl E. and Charlotte L. (Loser) Stotler. He married Carina C. Alig on June 19, 1954 in Metamora, IL. She passed away on May 11, 2022.
Surviving are their daughter, Mary (David) Fehr of Madison, Mississippi; and daughter-in-law, Julie Stotler of Metamora. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Ron Stotler, and sister Darlene Fredericks.
Earl was a purchasing manager for Hallmark in Metamora for 50½ years. He loved taking care of his lawn and gardening with Carina.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Metamora.
