Schwartzentruber, Jacob, son of Daniel and Lena (Brenneman) Schwartzentruber, was born in South Easthope Twp., Ont., Sept. 7, 1887; died at his home, Tavistock, Ont., March 10, 1963; aged 75 y. 6 m. 3 d. On Dec. 17, 1914, he was married to Sarah Jantzi, who survives. Also surviving are one daughter (Idella) and one sister (Katie-Mrs. Simon Leis). He was a member of the East Zorra Church, where funeral services were held March 12, in charge of Dan Wagler and Vernon Zehr.
