Tarance A. Popejoy, 92, of Anthony died Saturday evening at Memorial General Hospital.
Funeral services were at Getz Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clark Sanner officiating. Burial was in the Masonic Cemetery.
Survivors included three sons: Tom Popejoy, of Sepulveda, CA; Ray Popejoy, of San Patricio, NM, and Lonnie Popejoy, of Anthony; four daughters: Louella Reid, of Mission Hills, CA; Margie Murphey of Beatrice, NE; Patricia Tomasini of Ferndale, CA, and Verna Gomez of Roswell; 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
