Ruth was born on September 17, 1921 in Berwick, IL the daughter of Frank and Effie Wood Meadows. She married Raymond A. Anderson on September 13, 1938 in Missouri. He preceded her in death on April 10, 1999. Ruth was a homemaker who loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
