Patricia A. (Bolling) McCoy, 86, a long time Greens Fork resident, died Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Sacred Heart nursing home, Avilla, where she had recently resided.

She was born in Richmond on October 6, 1936 to Howard and Mildred (Hampton) Bolling, and lived most of her life in Wayne County.

She was a graduate of Richmond High School and a retired employee of the Wayne County Clerk's office. Pat was a member of Sugar Grove Community Church, American Legion Post 333 Auxiliary and Am Vets Post 38 Auxiliary.

Survivors include her son, Jerry McCoy (Dee Dee); 2 grandchildren, Tiffany Longardner and Shawn McCoy (Britney); 8 great-grandchildren; a special cousin, Arlene Leas; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Neil McCoy and a grandson, Cody McCoy.

Memorial services were held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 16, at Sugar Grove Community Church. Pastor Adam Rinehart officiated.

Burial was in Sugar Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Sugar Grove Community Church.
