Arline was survived by her the beloved husband E. Robert Phillips (Bobo the Clown); loving mother of Walter R. Phillips of Havertown and Janet M. Wilkas of Aldan; and two grandchildren Matthew J. Phillips and Kellie A. Jensen.
Arline was the sister of June Liverato Leigh of Concord, California.
Relatives and friends were invited for Arline's memorial service on Thursday, Nov 7, 2002 at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Argyle and Wynnewood Rd, Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. The interment was private. Contributions could be made to the Eastern Star Home, Rt. 139 (Street Rd), Warminster, PA 18974 or to the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in lieu of flowers. Family services were conducted by Spencer T. Videon of Drexel Hill.
