Charles Allison

Janitor of the Third Street School, Died This Morning.

Charles B. Allison, aged 67 years, died at his home, No. 276 Third street, at 3:10 o'clock this morning. He had been ill since last Saturday, suffering with pneumonia, but his death was unexpected. Deceased was for a number of years employed as janitor of the Third street school, and was well known. He was a member of the order of Red Men.
Arrangements for the funeral have not as yet been completed, but it is thought services, conducted by Dr. Clard Crawford,will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be made in Spring Grove cemetery.

The funeral of the late Charles B. Allison will take place tomorrow at 2:30 o'clock. The remains can be seen this evening from 7 to 9 o'clock.

At Half Mast.

The flag at the Central school building was floating at half mast today. This was caused by the death of Charles B. Allison, janitor of the Third street school.

Largely Attended

Was the Funeral of the Late C. B. Allison This Afternoon.

The funeral of Charles B. Allison, who died Tuesday night at his home in Third street, was held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. The services were largely attended. Osceola council, Degree of Pocahontas, and the order of Red Men, of which deceased was a member, were present. Doctor Clark Crawford officiated, and interment was made in Spring Grove cemetery.
