Entertainer. Co-founder of the Yacht Club Boys, a musical quartet in films of the 1930s. He—along with fellow group members Jimmie Kern, George Kelly, and Charles Adler—appeared in the movies "Thanks a Million" (1935), "Stage Struck" (1936), "Pigskin Parade" (1936), "The Singing Kid" (1936), "Artists and Models" (1937), and "Thrill of a Lifetime" (1937). The group took its name from the Yacht Club speakeasy in New York, where it first performed in the mid-1920s. After the quartet's breakup, Mann worked as a New York stockbroker.
